As of the moment, we can only process shipments within the United States of America (excluding Utah and South Dakota) and Canada.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the package's weight and its designated destination. All shipping rates are determined using actual rates provided by UPS and USPS.
It's important to note that, due to restrictions in New York, USPS is the exclusive available shipping method. Furthermore, restrictions with UPS dictate that filtered and little cigars can only be shipped via USPS.
The estimated delivery times for UPS and USPS are calculated during the checkout process. Please be aware that carriers may occasionally experience delays in transit that are beyond our control. If your package encounters a delay, we kindly ask you to allow 7 business days for the tracking information to be updated before contacting customer service.
