When the post office receives your parcel, sometimes it marks it as pre-delivered even if it hasn't actually been delivered to your mailbox or doorstep. The package is typically delivered within 2-3 days after being marked delivered. If you still have not received your package after this timeframe, please contact us so we can process a reshipment and file a claim with the post office.
